Dan Arthur
Chief Technical Officer, True Methane Technologies

Dan Arthur is a registered Professional Engineer in 35 states, a registered Professional Petroleum Engineer (SPEC), a Certified Petroleum Geologists (CPG), a Geological Society Fellow, and a Forensics Engineer with NAFE. His experience includes environmental & natural resource projects, regulatory consulting & development, fossil & clean energy, planning/engineering, gas migration investigations (for both active & inactive wells), emission quantification & characterization, energy history, emergency response planning, well remediation & plugging, water system & water lifecycle planning/development, resource development best practices, environmental/regulatory issues and patent law. He has 40 years of diverse experience that includes work in industry, government, non-profits, and consulting. Mr. Arthur is a founding member of ALL Consulting and has served as the company’s Chief Engineer & President since its inception in 1999. He joined TMT in 2023 during its founding.

As a Senior Engineering & Geologic Expert, Mr. Arthur experience is diverse, including leveraging his skills for the development and expansion of new needs, such work assessing & developing Carbon Reduction via various methods (e.g., improving well production operations, well plugging, sequestration, and more); produced water recycling and management; production operations and asset evaluation; well design/drilling/plugging; site remediation & restoration; environmental site assessments; regulatory; and more.

Whitney Landress
Director of Carbon Strategy, True Methane Technologies

Whitney Landress is an experienced geologist with over 13 years of in the energy industry, with a deep understanding of basin evaluation, asset development, natural and induced fracture patterns, fluid and gas migration, emissions monitoring, and data tracking. Her diverse background spans enhanced oil recovery, multi-variate analytics, and the innovative repurposing of abandoned and marginal wells, along with exploration, development, drilling, and plugging wells. Whitney has a robust history of collaboration with prominent organizations such as the EPA, USGS, DOE, NETL, OCC, and AAPG, demonstrating her expertise and influence in the field.

Whitney holds a Master of Science in Geosciences from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University. Over the past few years, she has become particularly passionate about addressing the challenges of orphaned, abandoned, idle, and marginal wells. Her work in emissions measuring and tracking has played a pivotal role in setting industry standards for emissions monitoring and carbon offsets. Whitney’s leadership at True Methane Technologies (TMT) is driving the company’s mission to provide precise, reliable emissions data that helps clients meet compliance standards, improve public image, achieve their internal emissions tracking and reduction goals, and develop carbon offset projects.

Steve Antry
Chief Executive Officer, Eagle Environmental Group

Prior to founding Eagle in 2009, Mr. Antry was the Founder of Beta Oil & Gas (1997), leading Beta through its IPO and onto growth that ranked Beta as number 125 in the Oil & Gas Journal's top 200 oil & gas producers in the U.S. He successfully merged Beta with Houston based PetroHawk Energy (2004), providing the initial platform that placed PetroHawk as one of the top producers in the U.S., ultimately and selling to BHP Billiton for $15 billion.

More recently, Antry sold substantially all of Eagle’s assets it held at the time (2012) in a $673 million transaction that ranked as the 4th largest transaction in the State that year. That asset accumulation was seeded with an $80 million Private Equity investment only 32 months prior. Eagle achieved the #1 ranking in 2012 in the Oklahoma Journal Record’s "Fast 40" list of Tulsa's fastest growing companies after having achieved the #3 ranking in 2011.

Antry has over 40 years of industry experience and is from a third generation Oklahoma oil family. He was a nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year for 2011 by Ernst and Young and was one of three Oklahoma finalists for that honor for 2012. He is a past Board Member of both Junior Achievement, the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), and is a member of various industry organizations, including the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma (PAO), the Wildcatters Club, and is on the Advisory Board of Tulsa ADAM (Acquisitions Divestitures and Mergers). He has additionally been honored as a Local Hero by the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce.

He received his BBA and MBA from Texas Christian University.

Joe Anderson
Field Coordinator and Safety Inspector, Eagle Environmental Group

Joe began his career in the oil and gas service sector with Patterson UTI Drilling in Williston, North Dakota in 2007. He worked for several different drilling companies during this five year tenure in the Bakken Trend in its boom years. He then ventured internationally for seven years with Viking International in Kurdistan, Iraq and Muscat, Oman, and then with Gulf Drilling International in Doha, Qatar, rising to the level of Toolpusher with both companies. Joe came back to the US in 2020 with Eagle Energy Group as its Senior Field Superintendent. In all of these capacities he has had to rely heavily on his ability to train and supervise site personnel in all aspects of their duties, not the least of which included safety standards and procedures to prevent injuries and identify safety concerns. His certifications include; Well Control - Completion Workover Supervisor., Safeland USA, Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED, DOT-Vehicle Inspections (pending)and Wire Rope Inspection (pending).

He is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota with an Associate’s Degree from Minneapolis Community Technical College. Additionally, Joe was an elite youth hockey player, having been on various amateur and minor league teams over a 17-year period.
